Paul Casey announced that he is donating US100,000 to a charity in Houston, the city which holds found memories for him.
Casey won his first title on American soil in Houston last April.
England's world number six earned over £540,000 for finishing runner-up to compatriot Ian Poulter at the WGC-Accenture Match Play in Tucson yesterday.
Casey promised to do something for the local community following his victory 10 months ago and returned to Houston today to make the announcement.
